Ploop ("we", "our", or "the app") helps you find and review nearby toilets. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
Location. We use your device's location to show nearby toilets and provide directions. Location is used only while the app is in use and is not stored beyond what is needed for your session.
Account information. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we store your email and display name to associate your reviews, favorites, and reports with your account.
Photos and camera. If you upload photos of toilets, we may access your camera or photo library. Photos are used only for the toilet listings you contribute and are stored on our servers.
Reviews and content. When you submit reviews, reports, photos, or suggestions, we store this content to provide the service and improve toilet information for all users.
Device identifier. We may use a device identifier (not tied to your identity) for analytics and to prevent abuse.
Push notifications. If you are an admin, we may send push notifications for user suggestions. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
